Enjoy yourselves in the holiday apartment Haus am Erlenrain, which is just 200 metres away from the village centre of Scheffau am Wilden Kaiser.

The traditional Austrian 75 m² non-smoking flat is situated on the ground floor. It consists of two bedrooms (one for 2, one for 3 people), a fully equipped, spacious kitchen with a cosy corner for dining and a lounge with a comfortable sofa, through which you can access the large bedroom.

From the kitchen and the lounge you can access a spatious furnished patio facing southwest. The apartment is equipped with two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower and a toilet) and a separate toilet.

The bedrooms are equipped with wooden parquet floors and wooden furniture. While the large bedroom with three beds is furnished in domestic spruce, the double bedroom is equipped with furniture made from stone pine. The stone pine (pinus cembra) grows in the alpine highlands and contains essential oils, which have a relaxing effect.

The flat is characterized by a high level of comfort and harmonic first-class equipment. Therefore, the Privatvermieter Verband Tirol categorized it as "4 Edelweiß" apartment in 2016 and 2021.

Location

The village Scheffau is situated on the foot of the Wilder Kaiser mountain range, which makes it the perfect starting point for your hikes, mountain climbs and mountain bike tours. Refresh while swimming in the closeby Hintersteinersee, one of the cleanest and purest mountain lakes of the whole Tyrol.

Scheffau is located in the middle of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental, one of the largest interconnected ski resorts in Austria with 82 modern lifts and more than 270 km of slopes. Further, you can enjoy cross-country skiing, winter hikes, snowshoe hikes or sledging.

Visitor's tax

€ 2.60 per person and day (from the age of 15).
From 01 DEC 2025: € 3.50 per person and day (from the age of 15).
